Userlike was renamed Lime Connect in September 2025. It is a customer messaging platform with operator seats, and its AI agent is sold as an add-on. Vektra is an AI assistant for shops that answers only from your own pages, shows the source and hands over to your team. This is how the two compare, using each vendor’s public pages.

In short

  • Lime Connect stores chat data on servers in Germany and runs its AI models in the EU. Vektra hosts and stores in the EU, and its answers are written by OpenAI.
  • Lime Connect’s AI agent is an add-on from €99 a month for 100 conversations, on top of a Pro plan from €105 a month with at least three seats. Vektra includes the AI: Starter is €29 a month for the first two months, then €49, with 1,000 conversations.
