What the service is

Vektra reads the public pages of your website and answers your visitors' questions from them. It answers only from text found on your pages. When it cannot find an answer, it says so and offers to pass the visitor to a person.

What we do not promise

The assistant is built to avoid inventing answers, and it names the page each answer came from so anyone can check it. We cannot promise that every answer is correct, and we are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of an answer.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We do not offer medical, legal or financial advice through the assistant, and it is configured to refuse such questions.

Your side

• You may only add websites you control.
• You keep your account credentials to yourself. Anyone with them can act as you.
• Your site key is public by design — it sits in the source of every page you install it on. It only permits asking questions of your own knowledge base; nothing can be read with it.
• You are responsible for what your own pages say. We answer from them, we do not check them.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes a number of indexed pages and conversations a month, as listed on the pricing page. A conversation starts when a visitor asks a question without a previous one. Above the limit the assistant keeps answering for a short grace period, then hands new conversations to a person instead. It does not stop working without warning; the dashboard shows the month's usage before the limit is reached.

Payment

Monthly, in advance. Prices are net; VAT is added where applicable. Cancel any month, with no notice period and no penalty. Cancelling stops the next charge; the service runs to the end of the paid month.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we delete your account data and the text we read from your website. Leads you collected are yours; export them before you go.

We may end the agreement if the service is used to break the law, to attack the system, or if an invoice goes unpaid after a reminder.

Changes

If these terms change, we tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
