Vektra reads your product pages, shipping and returns pages and FAQ, and answers visitors in their language. Every answer names the page it came from. When it is not sure, it hands the visitor to you instead of guessing.

Products, prices, stock
Shopware puts product data on its product pages for Google. Vektra reads the same data, so questions about price and availability get the answer your page shows today.
Shipping, returns, payment
Answers come from your own pages, quoted and linked. When you change a page, the assistant re-reads it on schedule; nothing to retrain.
“Where is my order?”
There is no direct Shopware connection yet. On the Business plan, orders can come from a Google Sheet export or our order API, and the assistant answers once the visitor gives the order number and checkout email.
Install in about a minute
Shopware has no built-in field for extra code, so the line goes in through Tag Manager or your theme. If someone else looks after your shop, the console sends them the line and the steps:

- In Tag Manager, open Tags → New → Tag Configuration → Custom HTML.
- Paste the line.
- Under Triggering choose All Pages, click Save, then Submit and Publish.
Questions
Is there a Shopware plugin?
No, and you do not need one. The assistant is one line of code. If you use Google Tag Manager it goes in there; otherwise your agency adds it to the theme in a few minutes.
Shopware 5 or 6?
Both. Vektra reads your public pages, the same way a search engine does, so the version does not matter.
Does it slow down my shop?
The script loads after your page, with the defer attribute, and the chat window only loads when a visitor opens it.
What does it cost?
The free demo runs on your own shop without a card. Starter is €29 a month for the first 2 months, then €49; Business is €149. Yearly costs ten monthly fees.
