On the Business plan, connect WooCommerce with a read-only REST key. The visitor gives the order number and the email used at checkout, and the assistant answers with the order status. Without both, it asks.

Questions
Is there a WooCommerce plugin?
You do not need one. The assistant is one line of code; the free WPCode plugin puts it on every page. The optional order lookup uses a WooCommerce REST key with Read permission only.
Does it slow down my shop?
The script loads after your page, with the defer attribute, and the chat window only loads when a visitor opens it.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. It sits in a corner of the page and does not touch your theme. Colours, position and your logo are set in the console.
What does it cost?
